Frey Collars accepts returns and exchanges within one week of delivery. Delivery dates are based on the USPS tracking attached to your order. The item (s) being exchanged MUST be a new/unused condition. The buyer is responsible for return shipping. 

Please check your collar or bandana daily for wear and tear. Replace as needed. Frey Collars is not responsible for any damage or injuries. The customer assumes all risk and liability.

You can machine wash on cold in a garment bag and lay flat to dry.
