Each item is handmade with a durable nylon webbing base, cotton fabric, Breakaway buckle, and o ring with bell.  Bell is removable (not welded on) and can be removed. Add a note upon checkout if you would like to omitte the bell. Breakaway buckles should never be used for walks. Fabric placement varies and will differ. Please allow one to two weeks for shipment. Each order is shipped USPS First Class with tracking.
