For collars with metal hardware, it's recommended you hand wash and lay flat to dry.  For collars with plastic hardware, you can machine wash on cold in a garment bag and lay flat to dry.

Please check your collar daily for wear and tear. Replace as needed. Frey Collars is not responsible for any damage or injuries. Customer assumes all risk and liability.

Frey Collars accepts returns and exchanges within one week of delivery. Delivery dates are based on the USPS tracking attached to your order. The item (s) being exchanged MUST be a new/unused condition. The buyer is responsible for return shipping.
